Tutorial 2 - This demonstrates the kiosk mode, also known as the simple data entry mode. This can be assisted or unassisted. Name Badge app will run on all versions of iPad; including iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad mini 1, 2, 3, 4, and iPad Air 1, 2, and iPad Pro. It is also tested under iOS 5.1, all the way to the latest iOS 9.2. We are certain that it will run under all future iOS versions.
Kiosk mode is normally password protected. It can also be set to NO SLEEP. In other words, the app will run non-stop. No worry about burnt screen because it comes with a built-in screen saver, which doubles as a help screen. |

Tutorial 3 - This video shows the upcoming release 1.2's new feature - portrait orientation. Most event check-in apps are landscape only. Ours support both landscape and portrait orientations. The iPad screens can also be customized to your taste. You can rotate your iPad left, right, up, and down.
Portrait orientation is best for hand-holding. You can walk the venue to help guests checking in, especially when the lines are long. When you have VIP guests, sponsors, or media who demand preferential treatment, they won't want to stay in line. So, go to them instead. |

Tutorial 4 - For release 1.2, we will also support all iPhone devices and thus make this app a true universal app. We successfully tested: iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, 5C, 5S, iPhone 6, 6+, 6S, and 6S+. Our app will support iOS 7 and above, including the latest iOS 9.2.
All devices can load the same data, but they are not being synced. You can most certainly divide the tasks among multiple devices. iPhone version also supports both orientations, landscape and portrait. However, we do believe that you would most likely be holding it in portrait mode. |
